Brunch at Fuloon

今日は瑞福酒家（Fuloon）へブランチを食べに行きました。ビュッフェスタイルです。 Today we went to Fuloon for brunch.  On weekends, they serve buffet-styled brunch along with their usual menu.

ここのシェフは北京出身らしく、中国北部のお料理がたくさん並んでいます。そのほかにも、アメリカナイズされた中華料理ももちろんあります。 The chef appears to be from Beijin, so they served many Northern Chinese style dishes.  And of course, you can get some American-Chinese food as well.

夫の１皿目。にらのパイ、中華風ミニバーガー。 My husband's first plate.  Leek pie, Chinese style mini burgers, etc.

私の１皿目。同じくにらのパイ、ミニバーガーと、海老のフライ、白身魚の甘酢がけ。にらのパイは結構いけます。 My first plate.  I also took a leek pie and a mini burger.  I n addition, I got fried shrimp, fish with sweet and sour sauce.  I liked the leek pie.

夫の２皿目。 Second round for my husband.

私の２皿目。 My second plate.

ピータン入りのお粥。 Porrige with duck egg and pork.

豆乳。 Soy milk.

デザート。夫によると北京の典型的なデザートだそう。おなかは一杯になりましたが、味はいまいち。ここはディナーだけに利用したほうがよさそうです。 Dessert.  According to my husband, these are typical dessert from Beijin.  I got full, but thier buffet food was not very impressive.  I'll use this restaurant only for dinner.
