Dinner at Fuloon Restaurant

今夜は家のすぐ近所にある、瑞福酒家（Fuloon）でディナーです。ここは、結構おいしいのでちょくちょく利用します。 Tonight we went for dinner to Fuloon, a Chinese restaurant.  We come here often as it is very close to our home.

おこげのあんかけ。デーブルで熱々のおこげにえび、ホタテなどの入ったあんをかけてくれます。じゅ～っとおいしそうな音。 Triple Delight With Crispy Rice.  The sauce is served at the table.  You can hear the sizzling sound.

北京ダック。もう少し皮がクリスピーだと良かったんだけどな～。 Peking Duck.  It was not bad, but I prefer the skin crispier.
