Brunch at Hei La Moon

今日は夫がチャイナタウンまで散髪しに行くというので、付いて行って喜臨門大酒楼で一緒に飲茶を食べることに。これは韭菜餃 (韮と海老の餃子)。

Today my husband needed to come to China Town for hair cut, so I came with him and went to Hei La Moon for some dim sum.  These are the chive dumplings.

Rice noodle rolls with shrimp.
鳳瓜 (鶏の足)。コラーゲンたっぷり。でも私は食べません。

The chicken feet.  Lots of collagen (but I don't eat them!).
豉汁排骨 (スペアリブの蒸し物)。

The steamed spare ribs.
皮蛋瘦肉粥 (ピータンと豚肉のお粥)。お粥大好き。

The pork and duck egg porridge.  I love porridge.
焗叉燒飽 (チャーシューまん)。

The BBQ pork buns.
馬拉糕 (マレーシア風蒸しパン)。

The sweet egg cake. 
くり抜いたスイカの中に入ったタピオカ入りココナッツミルク (西米露)。

The tapioca in coconut milk.  A watermelon was used as a container.

It was cool and refreshing.
