今日はかなり久しぶりに家から車で15分くらいのところにある Sushi Island へやって来ました。日本人の方が作るお寿司なので安心です。 Tonight we came to Sushi Island. It's been a long time since we came here last time. The chef who makes sushi is Japanese, so I can trust. |

あん肝。濃厚です。 Steamed monkfish liver with ponzu sauce. Very creamy and rich. |
キスの天ぷら。写真を撮る前に一切れ食べてしまいました。 Fried (tempura) whiting fillets. |
茶碗蒸しを頼むときれいな器に入って出てきました。 I ordered the steamed eggs in broth, and it was served in this beautiful container. |
ちょっと卵が固め。もうちょっとお出汁の割合を多くしたとろとろのが好みなんだけど。 The eggs were too hard for me (I prefer more broth), but not bad. |
今日のお勧めのネタから注文したお寿司。 We ordered several kinds of sushi (mostly from "Today's Special"). |
銀鱈の炙り。脂が乗っていておいしいです。 Seared sable fish. It was fatty and good! |
ピリ辛蛸の軍艦巻き。 Spicy octopus. |
焼きつぶ貝。 Grilled conch. |
ボタン海老。 Jumbo sweet shrimp. It was very sweet. |
頭の部分は唐揚げにして出してくれました。 The chef fried the head of sweet shrimp and gave it to us. I don't think American people eat shrimp head, but actually it is very good and I love it. |
さらに鉄火巻きと梅紫蘇巻き。 Two kinds of rolls (tuna and sour plum paste/cucumber). |
