Dinner at Twitters

今日は年が明けてから初の金曜日！今年は1月3日が仕事始めで、暫くはお正月気分が抜けなかったのですがやっと日常の生活に戻りつつあります。今夜は雪が降り出し、特にすることもなかったので当てもなく近所のモールへ行ってみました。適当にいくつかのお店を回った後、モール内にあるレストラン Twitters で夕食。 Tonight we went to the mall near our house.  After looking into several shops, we went to Twitters, a restaurant inside the mall, for dinner.

サイドオーダーでサラダを注文。 I ordered the house salad as side dish.

私はお茄子のパルメジャーのを注文。するとこの巨大なお皿が運ばれてきました。乗ってるお茄子は顔と同じくらいの大きさです。味はまあ普通です。1/3 程食べただけでおなか一杯になってしまいました。残り間持ち帰って明日のお昼ご飯にします。 My dish, the eggplant Parmesan, was HUGE.  The eggplant was as big as my face.  It tasted just OK.  I could eat only 1/3 of it.  I took the rest home for tomorrow's lunch.

夫はフィッシュアンドチップスを注文。お魚の身がもうちょっと分厚かったらよかったんだけど。 My husband ordered the fish and chips.  I wish the fish meat was thicker.
