Dinner at Wang's

I got a sudden crave for dumplings, so we went to Wang's Fast Food, a Chinese restaurant near our house.  This is a tiny, not-so-clean restaurant in Somerville, but famous for their dumplings.

Jelly Fish with Cucumber in Garlic Sauce. Jelly fish was salty as the salt on jelly fish did not appear to be washed out well enough. But when eaten with cucumber the saltiness was neutralized and it was ok.

Pork and Pickle Soup Noodle. The noodles were too soft for me. I prefer more chewy noodles.

Shrimp Delight with Pork Dumplings. They look simple and plain, but very juicy and yummy! We also bought frozen dumplings (50 pieces) to enjoy them at home.

Vegetarian Leek Pie.

Well, I don't know what happened, but it seemed overcooked and the pie was very very hard. It never happened before... The restaurant was very busy, so I guess the chef forgot to take it out from the oven... It was a bit disappointing...
