鴨の肝臓のムースは、味的にはフォワグラと同じ。 The duck liver mousse tasted basically similar to foie gras. |
ゼリーは見た目もきれいで、おいしかったです(私にはちょっと鴨の匂いがきつすぎましたが)。 The gelée looked beautiful and also was tasty (although the smell of duck was too strong for me). |
