In Boston, the “Restaurant Week” started from today. Twice a year in March and August (for two weeks each), participating restaurants serve 3 course meals at $20 for lunch and $33 for dinner. This time, we tried B&G Oysters, a seafood restaurant in South End., for lunch |
Our table was right next to the open kitchen, so I was staring at people working inside (hope I didn’t make them nervous). |
Some bread and olive oil. |
My husband ordered Ipswich Summer Ale, and I had iced tea. |
My main dish was Atlantic blue cod. The fish was juicy and I also liked the ratatouille under the fish. |
My husband had the fried oyster BLT. It came with fries and coleslaw. |
Quite a few oysters were in the sandwich. |
For the dessert, I had the yogurt ice cream. This was just OK. |
