This is the beer for my husband. |
Then condiments for tempura were served. |
The shrimp shells. Very crunchy. |
And the shrimp. They were on the smaller side – I prefer a bit bigger ones. |
The fava beans. |
The wheat gluten. This is famous food in Kyoto. |
Very chewy (like sticky rice cake), which I love! |
The whitebaits wrapped with shiso (Japanese herb). |
The diced scallion. Very sweet. |
They were very soft and good. |
The shiitake mashrooms. I was expecting very thick ones, but they were rather thin. |
Juvenile ayu (I don’t know its English name). |
This is the ten-don. |
And the dessert. The beautiful container. |
Since both my husband and I could eat more, we went to have another dessert here (“Sasaya Iori”). |
This is my order (green tea ice cream, green tea jelly, red bean, and sticky rice balls). |
My husband ordered the green tea parfait. Finally we felt stuffed.... |
