Christmas Shopping for Poirot

ブランチの後、Poirot へのクリスマスプレゼント (とその他ペット用品) を買いに Billerica にある PetEdge まで行ってきました。ここはペット用品の問屋さんで、ペット用品が格安で買えます。卸ですが一般の人にも小売してくれます。PetSmart や Petco に比べてかなり安いので、Poirot のおもちゃや服はここで買うことが多いです。 After the brunch, we went to PetEdge, a shop for wholesale pet supplies/products, in Billerica.  They sell pet (mostly for dogs, some for cats) products at very good price (much cheaper than Petco or PetSmart), so we usually buy Poirot's toys and clothes here.

今回 Poirot のために購入したものは Greenies (45個入り) とおもちゃ3点。Greenies は1箱 $20 とかなりお得です (Petco などで買うと$30~$40  します)。おもちゃもほとんどが $3 以下。この他にも歯磨き用品などいくつか購入しました。 Today we bought a box of Greenies (45 pieces), 3 toys and other grooming stuff.  Greenies was only $20/box (usually $30~$40 at Petco, etc).  Most of toys are less than $3, too.

Poirot は特に動物の顔の付いたボール (上の写真の左側にある羊と牛の顔をした丸いもの) が大好きで、今までに10個ぐらい購入したと思います。ボールで遊びたくてじ~っと見つめています。これはクリスマスまでお預けだよ。 Poirot loves the animal-faced balls (the seep and cow-faced round stuff in the above picture), and I bought ~10 of them before.  He wants to play with them, and stares at them.  You have to wait until Christmas, Poirot.

その代わり、人参をあげるよ。 Instead, I give you a baby carrot.
